This is a very nice steel Waffen-SS EM/NCO's Belt Buckle (Koppelschloß).
On the reverse, the buckle is nicely maker marked with 'RZM 155/40 SS', indicating production by the company of 'Assmann' from Lüdenscheid
the silver colored finish on the front is partly worn off by combat wear.
