Luftwaffe 1st pattern Cap Eagle – Assmann 1938

An early and seldom encountered aluminium Peaked (Visor) Cap Luftwaffe Eagle, the eagle with the first pattern droop or swept tail.

In very good undamaged condition, it retains both folded fitting prongs, a clear Assmann trade mark and 38 which no doubt refers to its year of manufacture
