This is a scarce circa 1935 ten year commemorative badge from Essen, where a Nazi Party rally (gau) was held on August 4, 1925. The badge is by Hoffstatter of Bonn, and shows an upright sword crossed by two hammers bearing the years 1925 and 1935 upon their heads.
