The tunic has been 'upgraded' with a M36 collar which was done in the war for a more stylish appearance.

A nice pair of panzer shoulder boards with pink wool piping executed in black wool.
Silver NCO tresse present for the rank of Feldwebel who is also a Offiziersanwärter ( training to be an officer).
The boards also show number 46, indicating he was a member of Panzer regiment 46.
