Very nice brown leather Luftwaffe pistol holster for the Browning Model 1910/22 in 7.65 mm calibre.
The holster is maker marked jhg 43, indicating production by Gustav Genschow & Co. AG in 1943, and features a Luftwaffe acceptance stamp.
This type of holster was used by Luftwaffe personnel, including pilots and other aircrew members, as part of their personal sidearm equipment.
Complete with its leather closing strap, metal fittings, belt loops and integrated spare magazine pouch.
The leather remains in very good used condition, showing attractive age-related patina and normal traces of wear. The stitching is well preserved throughout.
