Wehrmacht Sanitäter Tornister M39 – 1943
Category:
€ 900,00
A scarce Wehrmacht medical Tornister M39, featuring an attractive brown and black cowhide flap with a large Red Cross emblem on the front.
The Tornister is maker-marked Mundlos AG, Nähmaschinenfabrik, and dated 1943. ( Faded)
The exterior remains in very attractive condition, retaining its cowhide covering, Red Cross emblem, leather carrying straps and metal fittings.
The interior retains its original canvas compartments and is in well-used condition, showing typical wear and age-related staining. The three leather closure straps on the inside have broken off. The original medical contents are no longer present.
A desirable and increasingly difficult-to-find piece of Wehrmacht medical equipment, displaying beautifully despite its signs of use.
