Used set of MP44 Pouches made by FUQ 1944

A beautiful well worn set of MP44 pouches made by the famous produced 'FUQ' , indicating production by Cottbusser Lederwarenwerk Curt Vogel in Cottbuss.
The pouches from this factory are well known to be made from recycled material such as leather straps and webbing, which is easily visible by the old stitching holes visible in the pouches from other pieces of equipment.
These pouches are made from recycled Brown leather and recycled green canvas materials previously used on other equipment pieces, and then shipped to this factory to make 'new' MP44 pouches out of old used up equipment.
The sides of the flaps are made from leftover black Ersatz material, with one of the flaps still having the original owner's name written in it.
The grey canvas backstraps (to tighten the pouches) have been mostly cut off as often seen on original examples, since they could be quite annoying, often being tangled up with all the other equipment straps.
Both D-rings on the back and all the pouches and leather straps are still there, showing signs of mud and wear.
The 'FUQ 1944' stamp can be seen on both the backstraps on the leather.
This is a truly unique and very rare set of combat used MP44 pouches that you rarely see amongst a big amount of mint condition unissued pouches, making these a perfect piece for the enjoyer of items which have seen real combat during the last stages of the war.
