Very attractive matching pair of Waffen-SS enlisted men’s shoulder boards for the Infantry branch.

Constructed with black wool uppers and the characteristic white Waffenfarbe piping denoting Infantry. The boards retain their original black attachment tongues and show a typical period construction throughout.
Both boards remain in very nice condition. The black wool exterior and white piping display particularly well, with no moth damage visible to the exterior. There is some minor moth damage to the concealed field-grey inner/reverse construction, with portions of the internal reinforcement material visible in places. This does not detract from their appearance when displayed.
A very appealing and increasingly difficult to find matching pair of Waffen-SS Infantry shoulder boards, displaying excellent character and honest period wear.
Very hard to find!
