An original German aluminium ski tip emergency repair clamp, intended for field repairs to broken wooden skis. This is a different pattern featuring a robust central screw spindle that tightens both clamping brackets simultaneously, providing a secure attachment to the damaged ski.
Manufactured from lightweight aluminium with steel clamping hardware, the repair clamp measures approximately 19.5 cm in length and 10 cm in width. It remains complete with its original screw mechanism and wing nut, showing only honest period wear and light surface oxidation to the steel components.
