A rare linen cover for the Luftwaffe Sanitätspack für Flugzeuge (Aircraft Medical Pack), dated 1944.
The front is clearly marked with the red cross emblem and retains all factory-applied specifications, including the manufacturer code "oco", model designation S II, dimensions, weight, production number, and the manufacturing year 1944.
A particularly interesting feature is the complete contents list printed on the reverse side. This list details the medical supplies originally contained in the kit, including bandages, splints, surgical instruments, syringes, and various emergency medications such as morphine ampoules.
The cover remains in very good unissued condition with only light age and storage wear. The fabric is strong, and all markings are exceptionally clear and fully legible.
Original Luftwaffe aircraft medical pack covers are rarely encountered on the collector market, even without the accompanying contents.
