Rare unused arrest report form issued by the Geheime Staatspolizei (Gestapo).
The form entitled "Festnahme" was used to record the arrest and detention of individuals and contains fields for personal data, nationality, religion, reason for arrest, evidence, and transfer to detention facilities.
An interesting feature is the printed reference to the Sonderfahndungsliste 1938, a special wanted list used by the German security services.
The form remains completely unused and retains its original perforated filing edge. A scarce and historically significant administrative document from the period.

Condition: Very good, unused condition with minor age toning and storage wear.
