A very scarce and highly desirable early German SA bugle , preserved in outstanding condition and representing a striking piece of early-period SA equipment.
This example still proudly carries its original applied eagle with swastika emblem on the bell
The bugle retains its original fabric wrapping around the tubing, an exceptionally attractive and important detail that greatly enhances both its authenticity and visual character . Original fabric wrappings are rarely seen intact and are a strong indicator that the instrument has not been altered or excessively handled.
The instrument comes with two different original mouthpieces , both of which fit correctly. The bugle itself is remarkably well preserved , showing only very minor signs of wear and remaining largely free from dents or structural damage — an exceptional state considering its age and intended use.
SA bugles were used during parades, rallies, and ceremonial occasions
