The shell is marked with maker and size 'ET64'. 'ET' is indicating production by the company of 'Eisen-und Hüttenwerke, AG' from Thale/Harz ( hard to read )
Could also be SE 64

The Luftwaffe decal is probably around 85%
The National Colors decal about 95%
The helmet still has its aluminum reinforced liner and chin strap with aluminum buckle
I have left the helmet as I received it, but with a little attention it can be refreshed very nicely
