After the war they printed these figures on the back of the map so these could be used further
This was been done by an organisation who was called :
SCHWERTER ZU PFLUGSCHAREN
Civilian objects were made from military objects that were still in the factories and warehouses
And this was called swords for plowshares at that time. The sword was the symbol of war - plowshares was the symbol of civil.
