Hitler-Jugend 'Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk' (DJH) 1937 Tinnie (Veranstaltungsabzeichen).

The tinnie has a pin-back device to its hollow-back reverse. The tinnie is not visible maker marked. The tinnie is very lightweight, stamped from a thin metal sheet.

This is a nice BeVo-woven Waffen-SS ('tropical') Sleeve Eagle (Ärmeladler). The tropical version of the Waffen-SS sleeve eagle was introduced in december 1942 for wear on the tropical uniforms. This BeVo machine woven version was to be worn by EM/NCO’s. The eagle is executed in golden-yellow linnen on a black linnen background. The SA Standard 18 was given the honorary name of Emil Müller, one of the “blood witnesses of the movement”. As an SA man, he was murdered by the Red Front in Germersheim on September 27, 1926.
