The breast eagle is period applied and sewn by hand
The owner has had a dark green collar put on it as was done more in those days and underneath there is moth damage but fortunately almost invisible

German Heer M43 EM/NCO field cap. Constructed from a late-war type feldgrau wool. The cap retains its factory applied trapezoid T-insignia that is machine stitched
The exterior of the cap is in very nice condition showing not much wear with no holes, rips, or tears.
The interior is untouched and textbook. Blue ink stamped with the RBNr « 0/0471/0050 » and size marked 58

WH/SS Brown Bakelite 6x30 Dienstglas Case

Complete with both d-rings for the strap on each side. The small leather pulling strap is also present. The leather straps on the back are present and supple (some little surface cracks). The case is marked 'frn42' on the pulling strap and has some bakelite markings and a serial number on the inside.
