The sewn in shoulderboards indicate that this member was part of the 7th Beobachter (Observer) Kompanie.

The tunic has all its originally sewn insignia, including an embroided breast eagle and has no moth damage.

A very rare item :
The Doppelgelenkbaumschraube (Double-jointed-woodscrew) could be screwed into any wooden object to hold the Einspannklaue and the flare gun. By adjusting it at the joints it was possible to get the flare gun totally vertical.
