This is a 50 pfennig emergency banknote issued by the cities of Bremerhaven, Geestemünde, and Lehe in 1922.
The note measures 100 x 60 mm.
The cities of Bremerhaven, Geestemünde, and Lehe were jointly and severally liable for the redemption.
The note expired one month after its cancellation in the local newspapers.
It was accepted as payment by all municipal treasuries, banks, and savings banks of the signatory cities.
