Luftwaffe issued Gasmask Cannister With Contents
A complete and well-preserved example of the German M30 Gas Mask (Gasmaske M30), complete with its original metal canister in Luftwaffe Blue-grey factory paint. The mask features the typical early-war cloth-covered rubber body, with all straps intact and in a very supple condition
The filter is marked “HN 1940”, indicating production in 1940, and matches perfectly with the period of the M30 type. The inside of the canister retains its spring, cleaning cloth, and spare lens compartment with inserts. Painted number “979” on the mask
