Original 1945 German 1 Reichspfennig Coin – Berlin Mint (“A”)

Late-war issue of the Third Reich, struck in zinc during the final months of World War II. Features the national eagle with swastika on one side and the denomination “1 Reichspfennig” on the reverse. Mint mark “A” indicates production at the Berlin Mint.

These zinc coins were among the last officially struck before the collapse of Nazi Germany and typically show surface oxidation from age.
