German WWII Russian POA Volunteer Sleeve Shield

Original printed sleeve shield for the Russkaya Osvoboditel’naya Armiya (POA / ROA – Russian Liberation Army), worn by Russian volunteers serving under General Andrey Vlasov within the Wehrmacht and later Waffen-SS.

This example is printed on coarse wartime cotton fabric, showing the correct matte colours and characteristic ink penetration through the reverse. The design features the blue St. Andrew’s cross within a red-bordered shield and the Cyrillic letters “POA” above.
