Wehrmacht State Forestry Officers Visor Cap

A very nice WH (Heer) Forestry Official's Visor Cap (Reichsforstdienst Schirmmütze).


The cap has no visible size markings but it is a nice size 56.

The Visor cap is piped in the green 'Truppenfarbe' (branch-colour) for Forestry personnel.

The Forestry men were often seen with putting insignia on their schirmmutze from other branches or diffrent backcolours like this example.

Imo the insignia are very nicely period applied and not reapplied at all.
